This ticketing system requires an account to purchase pre-sale tickets. This account is separate from your Guild Membership account. If you have not already done so, you can create an account using the Your Account button at the top of this page. You can also create an account during the checkout process when purchasing pre-sale tickets.
Tickets are non-refundable, unless event is canceled or re-scheduled. If the event is rescheduled, you will be updated via email as soon as information becomes available. If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund for the face value of the ticket(s).
Pre-sales will be listed on this page by 11am local on day of pre-sale.
If a performance immediately says Sold Out, all available Guild pre-sale tickets have been placed in carts – but not necessarily purchased. Try refreshing the page every 7-9 minutes, as tickets remain in carts for 8 minutes and are then released back on sale if not purchased.
Note: It is not possible to check out with tickets with different delivery options. If you would like tickets for multiple performances with different deliveries (will call, mailed, mobile, etc), you must check out with tickets to each performance separately.
